Job Summary
The Marketing Officer will support the planning, execution, and reporting of Geovation Nepal's marketing and communication activities. The role will focus on improving brand visibility, promoting drone, GIS, LiDAR, mapping and training services, supporting lead generation, preparing professional content, and coordinating with management, technical teams, and clients. The position requires both creative communication and practical execution skills.

Specific Skills
- Creative content writing and storytelling ability.
- Strong understanding of branding, social media, and client-focused communication.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, or other digital tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and complete multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn technology-based services.
- Ability to prepare reports and communicate marketing results to management.
Responsible For
- Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing plans in coordination with the management team.
- Manage Geovation Nepal's social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, website, and other relevant platforms.
- Prepare captions, project stories, case studies, brochures, company profiles, promotional materials, and other marketing content.
- Convert drone survey, LiDAR mapping, GIS, training, and field project activities into clear and professional marketing content.
- Support lead generation, client communication, proposal support, and business development activities.
- Plan and support digital campaigns, event promotion, training promotion, and service-based marketing activities.
- Coordinate with technical teams to collect project photos, videos, field updates, outputs, and service details for publication.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, public-sector opportunities, and client needs related to drone and geospatial services.
- Track marketing activities and prepare monthly reports on content performance, campaign progress, leads, and key outcomes.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and internal teams for marketing materials and promotional activities.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, communication, digital marketing, content management, business development, or a related role.
- Experience in technology, engineering, geospatial, B2B services, training, or consulting sector
- knowledge and experience of digital marketing, social media management, campaign planning, and content development.
- Ability to work with technical teams and understand services related to drones, GIS, LiDAR, mapping, engineering, or technology.
- Good writing and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali.
